the best! Best Hair salon in Brooklyn! I've been going here for a while and I love the stylists. Oksana is really wonderful. They keep changing the interior, trying to get it right, not sure if they are there yet, but if you can look past that, it is all about getting great hair styling.

The best Love this place. I was looking for somewhere to get my hair done without the price or pretense of a newbury street salon, and found what I was looking for at Concept. The gals that work there are great, do a great job, and prices are reasonable.

Not only was the staff great and not at all snobbish (just like other reviewers commented), my haircut was great too! My stylist, Oksana, identified the problem with my previous cut and fixed it. Oksana the best! I've been seeing Oksana for months now -- through short hair, medium hair and, now, trying to get to long hair. She ALWAYS gives a great cut! I've also experimented with color and she's never gone wrong. She's also quite unpretentious -- unlike some of the other stylists in the salon.
You won't be disappointed I am so, so picky about my hair, especially my color. Oksana is the best colorist i have ever had, and she is a wonderful stylist, too. The salon is great, good products and nice receptionists. But it's really all about Oksana. Trust me. You won't be disappointed...
truly great!! Relaxing, friendly, atmosphere with tasteful, contemporary decor that isn't too chichi. Not too pricey either. I can't speak for the hair salon / nail side of things, but I can say that their waxing services are marvellous.
Loved it! Loved it. Very beautiful decor. Everyone was very friendly. I'm going back for a mani/pedi this week. For hair, make sure you ask for Oksana and you will not be disappointed.
