Wooo! I just got a massage there last week and was very satisfied. They were friendly when making an appointment and were very attentive to meeting my needs. The place is very clean and comforting. The massage therapist did a nice job. I would have liked more communication but overall it was great!
This place is heaven!!! The best! Oksana gave me the best haircut I've ever had, I've been to her three times now and she colored my hair. When I got my hair colored I loved it but she was very honest with me and said she had wanted it to be a little bit more intense, and even though I loved it I agreed, I went back a week later for a complimentary "fix up" and left the happiest I've ever been with my hair.
Perfect in understanding!! I was really impressed by the way Oksana sat me down in front of the mirror and immediately sensed what my hair needed. I'm terrible at telling a stylist what I want, so I just have to hope they understand what will look good on me, and she totally did. She put in some really cute layers and then used thinning shears on my out-of-control thick hair, to keep it from being so weighed down. I am very pleased! Great place! I went here after I had a disastrous dye job (my red highlights made me look like Bozo the clown). I came out with fabulous low and highlights. I saw Erik, who saved my hair from the agony that is the "growing out" stage. The staff is super friendly. No pressure to buy products.
Fantastic! I visited Oksana. The cut was fantastic , and she explained it to me in a way that I can actually style it at home, which is always a plus. I will without a doubt be going to see her again!
Quality massage Keeps on coming back here because of quality massage I get. I am very comfortable with their masseurs because they are trained and certified.
Very good! I've always left happy here, although it's usually just a trim. But the hair wash and service is tops. Friendly staff, not overly chatty either. Great for when you don't feel like doing the whole "salon" thing and just need to get a trim, etc.
World super class! I had long not very good hair. It was a hard decision for me to cut my hair short. I did a great job reading reviews and choosing the right salon. I chose Concept daY SPA. i WENT THERe. tHE NAME OF MY HAIRSTYLIST IS oKSANA. She is perfect! She did exactly what i wanted. I love my hair. I love the whole world! Thank you!
