Good staff! I have pin straight hair. Oksana does a great job with it, I've been going here for 2 months and she never gives me a bad haircut. My hair is very thick and its manageable the way she layers and razors it, without looking choppy.Plus she highlights it and it always looks natural and I get tons of compliments.
Quality massage Keeps on coming back here because of quality massage I get. I am very comfortable with their masseurs because they are trained and certified.
Fantastic massage If you'd like to get the best massage ever then it is certainly worth going. Just book ahead of time with Olga and spend an hour in heaven. She does different kinds of massages including the UNIQUE and FAMOUS Russian massage. She is a short Russian lady and one could never imagine how strong she is. Olga helps to relieve various muscular symptoms. She helped me a lot with my fibromyalgia. Just for having Olga there I am giving this salon five stars.
Blatant abuse of this review system By looking at the reviews on this web site and others, it is obvious that just about all of these reviews were written by the salon itself. If you notice every review is similar in the way they all give five stars and praise a particular employee of the salon. It hasn't been open for long but, it has more reviews than salons that have been open for years. The Best Spa in Brooklyn Aksana Revtovich is a fantastic stylist. She is a wonderful colorist, and can give you a great haircut, too. Shis warm personality and great sense of humor makes a visit to the Concept Day Spa even more special. I love everyone here, from the owner to the stylists to the reception staff to Concept Day Spa in Brooklyn. The place is beautiful and relaxing, and I always leave looking great!

my concept spa experience...... When I went to do my facial with Galina, it was amazing. I had got a microdermabrasion facial with glycolic, It felt like the old skin on my face was gone and the new shiny, silky skin took it's place.
