Fantastic attitude! Great service. Friendly staff. The clients' wishes are of first concern. It was the first time i left a salon fully satisfied with the haircut and colouring. Oksana is great! i felt myself easy there and now i am enjoying my new style.
Great service and attitude! I was always scared about waxing. I don't like the process. It was always painful to me. But not here in Concept Day Spa. The process went smoothly. I can say I enjoyed it. Both Galina and Olga are professionals in what they do. Thank you very much! You helped me to get over my waxing phobia!
Best!!!! I had visited the Concept Salon for the first time in May and had the hairstylist was Oksana . She was great and made me feel so welcome. She had suggested many different ideas to me about how to wear my hair and suggested a different color would enhance my facial features .I felt good about the color choice that Oksana made and the cut was great!!!! Thank you, Erik! I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, and warm, inviting atmosphere of Concept day spa. The ladies who work there are friendly and fabulous. Erik is amazing. I have very curly hair and Erik always cuts it well and takes the time to blow it out just how I like it. I am grateful to him, i am eternally grateful for the effort he puts into my hair.
If you have curly hair, this is the place to go. I finally tried this salon. I was hesitant. But I really love it here. My curly hair looks amazing. I do have trouble recreating it at home - but everyone here is happy to give me tips, and it's so easy, so it's really probably just me getting used to it. If you have curly hair, this is the place to go.
tons of compliments I just went here for the first time and had a great experience. Everyone was really friendly and I got a great haircut. I went from superlong to supershort and was really nervous but once they started cutting I couldn't stop smiling. I am getting tons of compliments now!
Best party hairdo! I visited Erik in this salon. What I loved about the whole experience was that I told Erik that I was feeling kind of tired with my color and wanted something new, but natural. He spent HOURS on the whole process and my hair came out beautifully. He then styled it for a holiday party, and I've never seen such genious with a flat iron. My favorite part of the whole thing was when he put the "glaze" on my hair. It felt and smelled like cool honey all over my head and my hair came out glowing.
I am so lucky! I think that I found my new salon and stylist! Not only was the staff great , my haircut was great too! My stylist, Erik identified the problem with my previous cut and fixed it. He also gave me a great blow out and I was just like WOW! my hair has never looked so fabulous straight and he said that he just really likes blow drying hair a lot and it was no problem. I've had the cut for four days and several people who never ever see me have commented on how well styled my cut is.
