Best service ever! everyone really likes this place. The salon is adorable and everyone there is so nice. The second you walk in everyone says hi and offers to make you as comfortable as possible. I love getting that kind of service in a place that isn't stuffy and old. i would highly recommend them anyway.
A dream! This place is EXQUISITE!! every thing has been absolutely fabulous and WELL worth the money!! It's clean; the staff is friendly, and it is a day (or a few hours) well spent!
Striking I like the hair stylists here--they seem to have so much character. It is also the first salon where the hair stylist asked me to stand for a minute while she cut my hair. Most importantly, I liked my haircut, and I'll go back again.
Oksana does Good job!!!! FINALLY I've found a salon and stylist that I am planning on sticking with. I've been through 3 salons, one of which is horrible, the other 2 of which are inconsistent. In any case, my hair highlights have been a disaster ever since last June. Finally, today, after nearly a year of awful color, I went to Osana at Consept...she really knows what she is doing. She is very friendly and conscientious. Everyone around me at the salon seemed very friendly.
My heaven! Ohhh, this place is like heaven. I am so stressed during weekdays and nothing relaxes me then some of the massages offered there. And it's not just for relaxation. One time I had some neck and back pain which went away thanks to some magic hands. And it's not that expensive....
FAntastimk!!! Oksana gave me an awesome haircut AND she was fun, funny, and the best person to talk to for an hour while he snipped at the mess on my head. Everyone else was wicked nice, too... and the salon (whether interior is your thing or not) really does add a little bit of color.
See Oksana! I have not been able to find a hair stylist that actually listens to what I want and tells me if that will work or not until I came to Oksana ! She is awesome!! Not only is she an awsome stylist but she is very friendly and easy to talk to, which I have not been able to find either. Then a couple days after my cut I had a random stranger ask me where i get my hair done because she thought it looked so good! So I told her Concept day spa, and see Oksana!!! =)
Awesome! I used to love coming here, because I loved how Oksana could do anything with my hair. And I love how when you know your stylist well enough, or rather how your stylist can know you well enough, you don't really have to say anything when you come in. They just KNOW.
Just the best! LOVE this salon. After 10+ years of hopping from salon to salon, I finally found someone who consistently gives me a great cut. It's my first monogamous client-stylist relationship and I'm very happy! Oksana is a rockstar!!!
