Worst service ever. Plus Need to be more organized.
Have waited for 4 hrs and no indication I'll be out any time soon macys sends their employees to third world facilities. A toilet that does not flush and it has been collecting pee all day thank god there was no poop in it.
The wait was really long...8:20 to 12:30..but the staff is very friendly and helpful
Came in recently for some random testing, usually go to the one in germantown. Place was packed people standing all over the lobby! Sat for hours until one of the nurses I think her name is Rachael noticed I had been there a long time. She called me right back and there was something happened with my paperwork but she took me right back did my stuff and got me out in ten minutes.
