Very professional, could use a bigger parking lot
I’m currently at they’re Levick location and been sitting here since this morning for a pre employment drug screening . It’s now 4:27pm and several people who came after me for the same reason, have come and gone. I’m furious, this place is small hot 🥵 and stuffy, there is no air circulation. Or windows open for fresh air, there is no way to stay six feet apart from people with this Covid 19 going on. Half the room of people seem to be sick 🤒 constant coughing and sneezing. Very long wait times !!!!
Concentra could make sure to stay close to time for scheduled appointments. I was not seen for 2 hours for a scheduled physical for an employer. I will certainly discuss this with my employer and suggest they seek an alternative. 20 to 30 minutes may be reasonable but not 2 hours.
Concentra was great giving medical care
they could be more organized. I had a appointment at 10am and it seemed like you didn't even need one. walking where being seen right away when I had a appointment. other than that I was satisfied.
