I sat here 4 hours for my physical for my CDL🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 they know you need it so they collect people $97.50 then forget about you🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽
The ladies were so sweet & welcoming! There was the one young lady, short, brown, African American! I just wanna say I loved how she handled herself and composure when this man had said an racist comment to her! She continued to hold her smile and talked to him in a nicely manner.
Terrible wait time. Takes up your whole entire day. Seen almost 4hrs after I was there. Straight up bizarre
My daughter's appt was for 11am we got there around 950am I explain to the lady that he had another appt at 11am she gave me a smile and said "don't worry about it you'll be out in no time" she gave me some paper work to fill out and no later than 1015am I was out of there.
The staff at Concentra Urgent Care facility are always willing to go above an beyond to ensure the ppl that walks thru the door receives nothing but the best care an kindness,their attitudes and personality are warm an welcoming an makes a person feels just like family,so for anybody that truly enjoy a warm an friendly atmosphere I will definitely recommend Concentra Urgent Care facility.
Our appointment was at 11:30 we got here at 10:45. Someone else was here with an appointment time of 10 am he didn’t go back until 12:30 and we’re still here waiting! The place is packed and it seems like they take walk ins before appointments as long as they came in first which defeats the point of an appointment! I asked the lady at the desk if she knew how much longer we would wait and she basically said there is no way to tell and couldn’t promise that we would be out of here by 2:30 so we could get our son from school!
Nice employees, made me feel good and comfortable! Just slow being seen.
The costumer service was awesome .. Freddy (frances) helped me with all my questions & paperwork and the ladies at the front desk were nice ..
