Front desk staff are rude. Not warm or welcoming. Place was so crowded that there was nowhere to sit. I’ve been a nurse for 30 years, have given PPDs and never left a mark like I have now.
First time and the last one... Came at 9:48am and still waiting almost 1pm for a physical exam...I have a hearing problem in my ears and they said they call me but I was hearing all the times when open the door and never listen my name and here is full of persons making noises so this location or others they suppose to have a tv with the names of the patients and time of waiting; or the electronic thing that make sound when is your turn. So disappointed of this location and the staff.
The ppl at the front didn’t even greet me while walking in I had to stand there and wait to Be acknowledged. The staff in the back was very friendly but the staff in the from wasn’t personable at all. Chasmin or chasity I forget her name was great though.

nooo I understand places get packed I can deal with that. what I can't deal with is people not doing their job . after 4hrs I go up to see how much longer she goes oh your job never send up authorization numbers can you call them ..Wait What ? I've been sitting here all that time you couldn't call me up so I call my job. i get number and 2hrs more still waiting this is crazy .. 5 and a half hr place is closed this place is still packed smh
