I will never again go to this place. Never made it past the front desk. Filled out all the paper work sat for over 30 mins before they called me to tell me my ins. isn't accepted. Even though they are on my providers list. Had them talk with my ins. people to try to figure out why they show different answers. The lady was very rude to me. Got a tone bobbing he head at me. I felt the staff was happy to care for me. Unlike a lot of other urgent care clinics, the doctor and other staff introduced themselves, were personable, and cared for me in a timely manner.
