Excellent care
We’re visiting the area on vacation from Northwest Arkansas. I brought my 3 year old in to have his eye looked at since we think he has pink eye. We waited over 1.5 hours to even be seen by a Dr. That’s ridiculous and unacceptable! I don’t mind waiting, because at all Dr. offices we wait, but this is way out of the ordinary for how long a patient should have to wait.
I am deaf person n know this last minute from yesterday when I came in from my work n injury but, waited very long hours. I thought some people who work n knew me but there no interpreter for me communication ! Somehow, The ( Black Guy ) Doctor wasn’t friendly n walked off on me due no interpreter but he should tell me how his feels. The wait was forever but once i saw a Doctor she was knowledgeable and able to assist me. I won’t return based on the wait time alone
I was told they would take very good care of me, when I cut my finger at work. And they DID!!!
They’ve improved since the last time i went There. Thanks concentra for a good care! I’m recovering from my surgery very good!
I arrived yesterday evening with my 14 year old daughter. She cut her arm running to the restroom and her arm got caught on the door somehow. All the staff was really helpful and they took care of us right away! I love that place. Everyone from the front to the doctor were really supportive and they made us feel really good.
