Doctor has no empathy. She wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say. Patients are rushed in & out like cattle. I’ll never go back there or recommend anyone to go there!

My first time at Concentra this afternoon and I was impressed. The facility was very nice and clean, and the staff was extremely kind. The wait was minimal and we were treated well.

Sent an employee with a sprained ankle for medical care. Resulted in a prescription for ibuprofen and 2 solicitations for legal representation to sue us. Doesn’t seem like the kind of care I am interested in paying for as an employer. Astounding.
