The staff was very professional and very helpful. I was taken care of by the Doctor after a short wait. Dr. Lott gave me clear and concise information which helped to make my next easier. When calling, they gave me information quickly so that I could get the answers needed! Overall my experience was a good one!

Waiting area only had 3 people +myself. Told 2 hour wait. Front desk staff that spoke were friendly enough. But the MA that took care of me was unprofessional and unfriendly. Once the doctor came in no eye contact in and out. People skills really is a must. This was my first....NOT a great first impression
