Every time I have ever had to come here. They are slow and lacking basic human concern. They do not give updates on wait times, and when you are here for an urgent matter, they never seem to concerned. I had to come today for a simple hair collect for a drug screening and waited an HOUR before hearing anything. There were 3 people in front of me, and within that hour only 1 was called back. They do not take their job seriously and have no regard for those who are there for actual care services. Definitely will NEVER return.
Slow slow slow!!! Over 3 hours for a physical with hardly anyone waiting to be seen is not acceptable

I went in there after driving over an hour to get there for a 1-3 month extension on my medical card and was treated so rudely. Because they didnt want to take the time to ask a physician about it, They would rather send me away and me lose my job then ask a physician for advice! I won't be back. I asked another location and fixed my problem. easy solution! Thank you Decatur blvd for nothing! Try doing your job! I know that it's hard sometimes but you do get a paycheck for doing that...pathetic

I was in quickly and well taken care of
The first time I went for my drug test Concentra used the wrong form, which caused me to return for a second drug test as well as my DOT physical. When I arrived the second time and after telling the staff what happened to my first drug test they researched their records and found that they had used the wrong form and did Not charge my company for the second test. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The wait was not very long, and the young gentleman who helped me (Evan) explained everything very well.
Dot physical earl Saturday morning. Staff and Doctor nice. The place was dirty waiting area and exam room. Hasn’t been mopped in months also dried blood on floor. This place needs major help. I’ve watched this place go down hill! Somebody needs to visit from corporate or State.
