The staff is amazing but the wait times are ridiculous!�
I had a very good experience the doctor did x-rays immediately they got me taken care of they got my therapy setup they got me where I can now go to work and not have to strain my injury got me back into therapy the next day I was very pleased and looking forward to going back on Friday
I had to go in for a DOT physical renewal. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The wait was very long but that's to be expected it's an urgent care facility they're always busier than appointment only facilities and they can't control how many patients come in but they still gave me a $10 gift card and apologize for the wait.
I went during peak hours and the staff was hustling to process and accommodate everyone's needs. Very professional. One of the best urgent care facilities I walked into.
I was in and out in about one hour and thirty minutes. I appreciated how they were able to process my paperwork and process me through for my DOT physical.
The desk people were polite. As for the doctor... He was a worthless fucking prick. Rude from the get go. Didn't perform the service I was there for. Ripped off for 91 fucking dollars. Wouldn't go to this worthless place for a band aid.

I work at the airport . And went in for a random urine screen . And breathalyzer test they said they was busy . It was an hour and a half wait . I filed out my papers , it wasn't 20 minutes and then I was in and out . The people there are very professional and speedy . Thank you for your services .
