They are always friendly but this time they were fast, after a 16 hour workday you don't want to wait two or three hours, I only waited 20 min and was out in an other 20, that was great.
Everyone was very nice. Even with a full waiting room everyone was very professional.
Extremely slow!!! They need more then one dr on duty!!

Pretty okay job of shaving my arm for the drug test. Would give 5 stars if they did my back instead.
The staff is very pleasant and the Doctors are great
Went to Concentra Urgent care for a physical for my job, the staff was very helpful & friendly & did it with a smile that would make anybody feel better !
