Nice people, but, totally inefficient. Called to change my appointment, wasn't put into the computer, have to sit here for two hours to wait, AGAIN!! Third time at this clinic, every time, at least 2 hour wait and that's with an appointment!!!
I was extremely pleased with the staff, the only time i was dissatisfied was the wait. I had a scheduled time and it took almost two hours to be seen. Thank you for asking.
Every one I interacted with at your Plymouth Meeting facility was GREAT! Everyone was very professional and personable. I was there for a DOT physical. It was amazing I was in and out of there in less than an hour�
The wait time is ridiculous, the waiting are smelled, and they stand in the hall and have conversation about people and what’s going on with them so loudly that everyone knows everyone else’s business. I arrived at Concentra on Holstein Ave @ 10 something in the morning and didn’t get out of there until almost 7pm ! I heard the young lady that took me and put me in a room and the doctor having a conversation about a man in another room saying that he was going to leave because he was waiting too long. The staff is respectful and helpful. I never had no problems when I was going. Everybody is nice ��
