there is no reason why I should have to sit in a waiting room for 2 hours just to piss in a cup. a 10 min process took 3 hours

This place sucks I’ve been here since 1130 am I’m just getting in the back to be see for blood work for a job corporate need to have a word with this staff
Even with an appointment the Waite time is on average 4 hours. And when you get a room, it’s best to keep the door open so you can listen to the doctors & staff argue about who’s doing what and who doesn’t want to do anything! It’s also best to stand out in the hallway occasionally looking for any doctor or nurse to remind them you are still waiting! Or bring a lawn chair! Unless you have a free day to waste do not go to this place . I was there almost 5 hours just to renew my medical card which is ridiculous so I definitely would not recommend this place.
I was there for a drug test for work. I never found out the results. I was the first one in line but had to wait because patients with appointments went first.! That should be a separate thing altogether. Patients and job related drug tests.
All staff was friendly and helpful,everything was smooth.
excellent staff and Drs. as walk in Coast Gaurd Physicals are very in depth, with a full schedule, they STILL got us in and done.
Very slow..... turn around time is unacceptable!!!! If you have an appointment still expect to wait. I have been told by staff and heard staff tell arriving patients that there is a 3 hour wait to be seen. I have an appointment ( work related injury, follow-up appointment only) checked in 15 minutes prior to appointment time and still waiting in waiting room, not even triaged.
