I took my almost 9 year old little boy in yesterday afternoon, and even though there wasn't a soul in the waiting room and only employee cars in the lot, they refused to see him because the doctor on staff yesterday doesn't specialize in peds, and refuses to see anyone under the age of 13. So what would have been a $25 copay turned into a $200 copay and I am sure will cost me even more because we ended up at the ER, because all other insurance approved immediate care centers were closed.
RecommendedKatrina did a wonderful job. She was professional and friendly. The whole process was very quick.
I woke up with a sharp pain in my side in the middle of the night. I made it here at midnight and was told it'd be a 2.5 hour wait to be seen. I was fine with that. After over an hour and a half I get called up only to be told to go to the ER because, depending on what the issue is, they may not be able to treat it. I don't understand why I had to wait that long just to be told to go elsewhere. Thanks for waisting my time.
Had a quick and easy visit
Been here for 4 hours now. Another woman ahead of me has been here for at least 4 hours. Please stop giggling behind the desk and do your jobs. From everyone tired of waiting while you talk
I thought it was an efficient, thorough, prompt procedure for administering the pre employment drug screen however, this is by far the longest I've had to wait for the test results. Test taken: 7/8/2018 Today's date and still no result: 7/12/2018
The staff is ALWAYS professional and efficient and yet, friendly. For non-emergency care at affordable prices, Concentra is a great option. The Ameriplex location in Indy is also open 24/7/365. Love it!
Don't go here unless you want to spend almost 4 hrs waiting/being seen. Got here at about 4 and didn't leave until almost 730. Only about 4 or 5 cars in the parking lot. Not urgent care by any means...more like turtle speed care.
