This place is always a joke. Not that many people in the center and my husband is waiting on the doctor forever. I don’t even know why they are opened 24 hours, if you have to wait almost 3 hours to see a doctor, you might as well wait until the next day and go somewhere else.
I went cause my work requires a TB test and flu shot. I got there and filled out my paperwork and they talked to my employer to get authorization which they did. About 10 minutes later I got called up to the front desk to fill out another piece of paper. Why wasn’t it given to me with the others. After filling it out, I was told to go back and sit down. not blame customers when their computer system is not working when you're entering your information for a DOT physical
RecommendedHad a DOT Physical done. I’m retired so don’t plan on driving again, but it’s easier to keep a CDL than it is to get it back. The wait wasn’t too long, and the COVID restrictions made me feel safe. If you have to get a DOT Physical I highly recommend Concentra
Concentra is a typical Healthcare contractor that tries to get patients in and out and back to work as quickly as possible. They are swift with any diagnosis they can come up with under the sun. I sat in the waiting area and exam room for an hour, only to be asked two questions and walked out.. I had been having severe bone pain, and they told me it was inflammation of my cartilage in my ribs. Still experiencing loads of pain, and have no idea what Is wrong with me.
SLOW. UNPROFESSIONAL. WASTE OF TIME.
