To Joseph Mc for the best service I have ever received. I've been there twice now. 1st time i was looking for an iPad case with built in keyboard. They did not have what I was looking for, but Joe was very kind and empathetic. Best Computer Store in the Area/Best Sevice Best service in the area, I drive buy the big box stores for the service and prices. Matt Stumme and Kyle Hatton were great and made sure I was satisfied.
Power cord Needed a power cord for the laptop I use at work. Came in, was assised immediately and was given the product I needed; it was tested to make sure it was the right model to fit my laptop. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable - as always.
Great Local Experience I originally brought in my 1 year old Dell purchased from Best Buy. After my second time crashing Kyle recommeded that I should consider a better lap top. He recommended a refurbished one. They recaptured all my data from the old laptop and saved it onto the new one. I had all my photos from a one time trip to Africa. Needless to say I am a very happy camper. Thanks. Today I was helped by Matt solving a software problem. Thanks Again.Carl Carlson
