very good customer service Andy was very helpful with his advice. There was no high pressure sales pitch and he seemed to care that I get the right computer for my needs.
excellent service Jay Edgarton answered all of my (many) questions in detail, and easy to understand terms. He took all the time I needed. Knowing that he and the rest of the group actually do the work on computers was a big plus. This is where I bought my last computer and where I am likely to buy another one in the future.
