Remove malware & reload Windows Customer Service is always great when working with Mike and Jay. They are Excellent. I have been coming here for years and will definitely be returning for all computer needs. Job well done ! Keep your Company focus on customer service - I and other customers really appreciate it !

Laptop virus clean up. Brought laptop in for clean up due to virus infection. Service was done right to my expectations and delivered on time. After laptop was picked up had issue with youtube brought it in and was fixed with out any issue. Thanks to Jay Edgarton for his commitment.

Excellent service, bad jokes I brought in a Dell tower to check out a noisy fan. Turned out my problem was dust - and plenty of it - that TJ blew away AT NO CHARGE! I've worked with these guys before and they've always been top notch. So, of course, I'll be back, although I did have to listen to a couple of really bad jokes that can never be unheard. Oh, well.

Quick Fix Help Was Great! Andy was great with my quick fix! unfortunately there was nothing he could do, but he took the time to go through all my unnecessary software and uninstall it so my computer could run faster.

PC Upgrade As long time customers....the service continues to be outstanding! Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and patient when answering all questions regarding equipment upgrades. It's nice to have a place you can trust and depend on.

Old laptop died. Needed a new laptop if old one could not be fixed. TJ served me and truthfully told me it would not be worth it to repair my old one as it had Windows XP which is no longer supported--probably why my computer died anyway.He led me to a modestly priced Lenovo as I had said I wasn't planning on spending too much @ this time. He allowed me some time to look @ the displays and ask questions which made me feel more comfortable w/ my selection. Easy and fast service Very helpful in fixing my problem and helped look at the computer without charging a fee. Everyone very friendly in the store and a place I will go back!
