Denise O’Neil is the best in the business! She is kind, caring, and understanding. She treats her patients with respect and is always willing to answer any of my questions . I am so happy I found someone who truly listens and understands mental health! 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone, adult or child!
My PCP placed a referral on 10/18/23. Left 5 messages for return call. Finally got a call at 8:40pm 11/30/23 that my referral was refused. Terrible way to treat folks trying to get help. No wonder mental health is in crisis with business like this. Also, I am a practice manager at a physicians office in town and we do not handle new patients in this manner.
