My husband and I recently relocated to the area from Ohio. I had a great first dental visit today. Rhea performed my checkup and cleaning. She was very professional and friendly. She told me exactly what she would be doing and asked several times if I was comfortable or needed anything. Went for my appointment everyone there made me feel like I had been going there forever all of the dental assistance made me feel right at home answered all of my questions very professionally and did not mind to joke around and laugh I like that eases my anxiety of going to the dentist I need a little work done now and I don’t mind going back to see new friends that I have met thank you everyone at OB Family Dentistry for making me feel like I was a part of your family😎😎
I was extremely nervous from having 2 previous bad experiences with not being numb enough for a procedure and also being told they could not give me more medicine. (Not at Dr. Lee's office) Dr. Lee and Amy kept me calm and gave me what I needed. They also reassured me that they would not continue the procedure if it hurt and we could reschedule to be sedated if needed. Highly recommended! Thank you!!
I would highly recommend Dr Lauren and her staff. She does a great job and so friendly and nice. All of her staff is wonderful! I have never had a bad experience there. I would rate them 10 stars all the way!!!
I was in town for a tournament and I needed to see a dentist immediately. They told me to come in as soon as I could get there. They fixed what needed to be done and on top of that they didn’t even charge me for the visit. They sold me a bottle of mouthwash that my other dentist didn’t give me after the procedure they did the week before. $18 is all it cost me to come in and get it fixed. I wish there were more dentist office like this around!!
If you are looking for a dental practice that cares about you, this is the place! What a great experience we had yesterday. Having moved to OBA, we had been going back to our regular dentist in Nashville. However, that was getting old. Luckily we found OB Family Dentistry. The dental hygienist, Rhea was the most caring and gentle I've ever encountered. Dr. Lauren was down to earth, and concerned about our dental health, without trying to "sell" us on services. This is now our dental home! Thanks Dr. Lauren and staff!!
In the past year, I’ve been to Orange Beach Family Dentistry three times-2 scheduled routine cleaning/exams and 1 chipped tooth repair. No waiting upon check-in, all of the best dental tools and equipment, incredibly competent/knowledgeable/personable dental techs and a dentist equally impressive as her crew. In and out, no pain, healthy teet and gums. HIGHLY recommend!
Dr. Lee and her entire staff are absolutely the best! I recently moved here and am so happy I picked Orange Beach Family Dentistry. The quality of care is excellent and everyone from the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Lee and her assistant are just awesome. I rarely write reviews but my experience has been so good I had to tell everyone!
