Let me start by saying, I hate going to the dentist, but from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. The warm greeting from the office staff was just the beginning. My hygienist came out to greet me, and took me back personally. No sticking you in a room to wait! She explained every detail of the process that was going to be performed that day, and really made me feel relaxed. After my cleaning, Dr. Maizan came in. I have been to at least a dozen dentists, and Dr. Maizon is by far the very best! He genuinely cares about his patients. He takes his time and is very meticulous. He’s very kind, always happy, and he checks in with me after each appointment. I’ve never experienced any doctor, in any field, that makes his patients feel as important as he does! I highly recommend him for all your dental needs.
She is wonderful. I am terrible with shots in my mouth and did great!! No longer at the dental practice I go to on Bird Road & 116 ave in Miami. Hoping somebody sees this and I can get her new office phone & address. She was not allowed to give it out to her patients when she was leaving this practice.
I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I visited the office for routine, x-ray and fitting for a partial, I had a panic attack right in the office. I requested the dr prescribe me something for the next visit. The dentist agreed, I had to have a tooth extracted, it was no issue. I called because weeks after I was still in pain. Called took someone almost 2 days to call me back. I requested for my next visit something be prescribed to me. The receptionist was questioning me, like do you need that? Dr Kyle Patch and his staff are 2nd-to-none. Positive experience all around. Although I can't say I look forward to see any dentist, if I had to pick one, it would be Grafton Dental. Keep up the great work!
Called for pricing… have to have a consult for 150.00 to find out how much to clean 10 implants and change 10 rubber bands for snap in denture. Are you kidding me ! That is a ripoff
