Dr. Peters was great but I was told by the staff that he's no longer with Forward Dental.
I went in as a new patient. I explained I had pain in a specific tooth. They took xrays and said there was nothing wrong with the tooth, but I could go to a separate root canal specialist for a second opinion. Then they said I needed a deep cleaning, which would cost $400. I have never paid that much for cleaning. They did one side of my mouth and told me I would need to make another appointment for the other side... what? And that would be an additional $400... I have since found a better dentist's office that cleans in one... read more
The care provided was fine BUT the service for billing, payments and everything else has been a disaster. Simply put, they billed both us and our insurance company and have not returned our payment. We have been trying since October 2022 to get our money back. BCBS and our credit card company are now going after them and we are engaging our family attorney. Avoid this mess of a dental office.

Horrible, I was belittled, my teeth are all bad . I dont recommend this dentist to anyone.
I have never had a better dental experience than here. Everyone..and I mean EVERYONE was so friendly, but still very professional from the moment I walked in the door. I felt very comfortable for my first time there. Blanca was excellent: I was not rushed, was given every opportunity to speak up if I was uncomfortable, and told what was going on the entire time. Dr. Florez is not only highly skilled, but also so calm and personable. He and his team put me at ease immediately. I had 2 fillings done in one visit. I recommend to everyone that wants a painless experience!
I made an appointment for a cleaning 5 months ago. They called to change my appointment to a week earlier but said it was for an exam. It would be nice to get the service I asked for. I will not be going back to them The office staff lies!
I would not recommend Dr. Leila as she has failed to put in a proper crown and doesn't know her basic anatomy. I was recommended to see her through another dentist and she was supposed to put in a crown after my root canal. First problem was she couldn't do a simple procedure, numb my mouth around the area she needed to work on. It took her 6 injection attempts to numb my mouth, which I've never experienced with any dentist in my lifetime. She then tried to place the crown, and the permanent crown failed to fit two times!
