Bin Wellman is a wonderful dentist. He listens and always takes time to answer my questions, gives great advice. It is a pleasure working with Angel also. Couldn't ask for better care at this dentist office..
The entire team is always professional. They take the time to explain next steps, address any questions you have about your treatment and/or your bill. Dr. Nadar and his team deserve a 5++.
He seated crowns that were grossly out of occlusion and under contoured. I was not impressed
I have been a patient for about 4 years. Dr. Raad is so nice and welcoming. He is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. The numbing shots have never hurt. I got my first extraction and implant (which was scary for me) but Dr. Raad coached me through the entire process step-by-step. It wasn't painful and not scary because I understood the process. Routine visits are always a pleasure.
I went in and had a cleaning and she touched and glanced at no more than two teeth and claimed that everything was fine. I guess they can charge you for a check up if they just stick the instrument in your mouth. What a joke.
She did a filling in between 2 molars and I went multiple times saying they very sensitive and she shaved them down every time I went. After going about 6 times she proceeds to send me to a private dentist to get “better” x-rays of my teeth. I had to pay $250 at this private dentist so she had proof that I needed root canals. I ended up going and obviously I needed them! Dr Sara is very compassionate and kind. She takes care to explain everything and makes sure you're comfortable. She even remembers to put Vaseline on your lips so they don't chap while she's working on you. The equipment is state of the art, down to the soft plastic they put in your mouth to rest your teeth on while she works.
She listened to all of my concerns, gave me pros and cons to the each option for treatment and took the time to make sure I understood everything. The dentist is an intimidating place for me and she really helped me feel informed. The rest of the staff was also very nice and professional. Answered all my questions.
Dr Harper is knowledgeable and skilled but recent corporate buyout resulted in loss of hygenist and office staff. Atmosphere has deteriorated, staff is overworked and billing is a mess, bills are not being submitted to insurance and patients are expected to pay in full, phones are not answered, stress level is high.
