I've been taking myself and children to Dr. Parades and her staff for many years. The office is pristine; white, bright, and nearly sterile. Dental hygienists are amazing and do a great job. Staff are pleasant and always smiling.
Dr. Tran is absolutely amazing. Highly skilled and educated. Fluent in many languages and extremely patient, thorough and kind.
Had schedule exam, with appointment many weeks out. Arrived and was told the Panorex machine was inoperable. Such was problematic many days before. Was asked to return the following day. Arrived and told the Panorex machine needed a part. In both instances there was no prior communication. Dissatisfied? Yes.
Just want to thank Pam for her quick response to me this morning. I came into the office around 7:45 AM in pain due to a problem with my permanent denture. Pam immediately set up an X-ray, then informed Dr Keya Brown of my problem . After a short wait, Dr Brown and her assistant Michelle got me set up in a chair and immediately went to work on me . Dr. Straus explains any dental procedures that are necessary. He performs such procedures in a painless way assuring the patient of maximum comfort. He also ensures that the patient is aware of what is needed to maintain good dental health. In short, he is a first-class dentist in every way.
I am so pleased with Dr. Nellie and the removal of my amalgam fillings. She explained everything step by step and made me very comfortable. I was extremely nervous but she assured me that she would take care of me. She did just that.
