Dr, Goodman pulled three of my teeth out which I’m not sure needed to be pulled in March 2024. Told me he would refer me to an oral surgeon to complete the work of bone grafting and implants. Never heard from him again. Billed me $450 dollars for the tooth extractions. When I was contacted by his office in April to schedule a cleaning I was told that he no longer accepted my dental insurance and hadn’t since January of that year. My first experience was very satisfying . Dr K. McDonald made me feel secure with his diagnosis , He was very paciente and knowledgeable.
Had the worst experience ever with a dentist there and I was done with the place but then I had an appointment with him and my entire attitude and outlook changed but then it went right back to my initial complaint ~ he’s good though I will give him that. He absolutely conned me into believing everything he told me. Extremely disappointed with my last visit. The dentist did not do the procedure I asked and maxed out my insurance premium with something that was not critical. Now I will have to pay out of pocket! Will be looking for a new dental office.
I was extremely disappointed with my last visit. The dentist disregarded my request for a specific procedure and seemed more focused on financial gain than patient care. This experience has left me feeling undervalued and overlooked.
Dr. Horsch was warm, welcoming, communicative, and flexible. He was sensitive toward my insecurities, HSA budget, etc. I ended up switching my sons to his office, as well. Just about as good of an experience as can be imagined, at a dentist, that is.
The whole crew there is amazing! I've been going here several years now and my teeth haven't been this healthy since I was a kid. Thank you Dr. Stevens, Kerri, Natalie and everyone else there!!
Dr. Martinson was so kind and patient. Explained everything well. Her team was so nice. I feel very comfortable getting my treatment at this office!
I'll preface this by saying my mouth has a limited opening which gets worse with stress and tension, but it is manageable and can be done. Doctor Little lacks empathy, consideration, and needs a course in patient care. He was demeaning and very rude about my situation; e.g., he gave me an injection and I flinched and his comment to me was 'I'll tell you when it hurts.'
