Dr. Petzel did an excellent job filling a cavity in my wisdom tooth. She was very patient and ensured I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Yes, 10 stars for returning for checkups.

The ABSOLUTE WORST DENTIST ! If I can post a pic I will. Left me with multiple abscesses causing me to lose ALL my bottom teeth. Currently I have an appointment Tuesday to fix the abscesses and stubs she left me with on my top teeth. I am already in for $5000 and I have a real mess on my hands. Sooo quick to get me in at sage dental winter park where she was working (has been fired) left me hanging with broken teeth, abscesses and stumps left to try to salvage a smile. New to area and looking for local dentist to do my regular 6 months exam and cleaning. They were pretty sure upfront that they were not going to do the cleaning as they mentioned 'if' they could do the cleaning. They said I required some expensive deep cleaning and would have to come back every three months. They also told me I had stage III grade be gum disease.I sought second and third opinions which both confirmed that this was garbage. I wouldn't take my dog to this practice, they want your money and that's about it.

ZERO stars if possible! This practice has become a corporate cash machine focused on billing rather than patient care. Despite spending thousands here, when a billing issue arose, they refused to help unless we paid out of pocket. They billed $3,092 for two procedures without requesting pre-authorization, leading to a denial by insurance. We ended up paying $2,274 for one tooth due to their negligence. I went to see Dr Cummings to have dental work done. I have excellent insurance that covers my crowns at 100 %. Dr Cummings told me my dental insurance only allows for one crown per year. I contacted my insurance carrier and they said this is not true. They will cover multiple crowns at 100%. Dr Cummings told me I did not have enough insurance which I verified is not true. I feel like she wanted me to pay out of pocket. I am disappointed at the dishonesty. It’s hard enough having to trust a provider will uphold the oath taken... read more

My insurance changed so I started coming to Dr Hoerr at Forward Dental. He correctly diagnosed my pain and recommended root canal treatment. After that I returned to Dr Hoerr for the permanent filling which he did very efficiently. The team worked well together, explained everything to me as well as offered options. I was very satisfied with the dental care I received at the Franklin location.

He reminds me of a greedy high pressured salesman. He cares more about getting your money, instead of your dental problems. Very rude.

We've been seeing Dr. Brubaker for many years and our family LOVES him! He's polite, trustworthy, patient, friendly, and helps you feel comfortable. Dr. Brubaker is a GREAT dentist and I've NEVER walked out of his office in pain, as I've had a lot of dental work done through the years. His entire staff is wonderful (a special shout out to our favorite Dental Hygienist, Christina!). She's awesome, too! :-)
