I always have a great experience here and would never dream of going anywhere else, but I was very disappointed in the service I received while I set up the appointment. I told her I may be having a miscarriage and she was completely sterile and unsympathetic. I did not expect any condolences but I would have liked a softer tone and not just immediately asking my DOB. Later in the conversation she asked me if I had known I was pregnant.
