Dr. Zhou was super sweet. Great bedside manner.
Great first appointment at women's care center!
Doctor was thorough.
I was not told beforehand I will have 8 pages of new paperwork to read and fill out even though I am an established patient. Not a big deal but would have been nice to be told. The only bad thing was that The wait time for the doctor was very long, 30 min for a 3 min conversation
Dr Zhou is very compassionate and personable with her patients and the care she provides.
Ultrasound wasn't as pleasant as expected. Bertha comes off rude and hates her job, needs to be more welcoming and warming. This is a special experience for us and it was a buzzkill today due to the attitude with the sonographer Bertha.
She was very informative and took time answering all my questions.
