VERY NICE STAFF, FAST SERVICE FRIENDLY

Excellent staff and care.
Unnecessary ultrasound given bc doctor could not read the one she gave. Also scared me regarding having to have an emergency dc, which was not the case.
Dr. Zhou was a breath of fresh air! Very informative discussion, very patient, never felt rushed, kind.
The ultrasonographer's bedside manner is very brash. I did not say anything the first time I met her, but today was the same experience. Lack of connection (not even eye contact when I walked in the room).
Wait was long. Appt at 10 and was not seen until 11:15.
Laurel answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Would highly reccommend.
It took 1.5 hours to be seen! I walked in with another lady who had same time appointment with same MD. Other than that,I love Dr. Olemacher! My time is precious, too, though!
