Today was a follow up for my c-section 6 weeks postpartum. I saw Laurel Spence and had a great visit and catch up with her! She has been a wonderful support during/after my pregnancy.
Waiting to long to be seen.
Staff was overall efficient and kind. But this is my first time to really consider birth control or visit an OBGYN. I was pretty nervous. I needed a little more warmth and time from the doctor.
Michelle in the lab was wonderful! Deonna was a joy!
NENA BUCK MADE AN EXTRA EFFORT TO HELP US GET THE EARLIEST APPOINTMENT POSSIBLE, WHICH I GREATLY APPRECIATE. DR LAUREN GIBSON WAS EASY TO TALK TO AND VANESSA, WHO BREIFED THE PATIENT, ELLA GREENE BEFORE SHE SAW DR. GIBSON WAS DELIGHTFUL. THE ATMOSPHERE IS IN THE BUILDING/OFFICE IS PLEASANT AND IT'S EASY TO FIND. THANK YOU ALL!
Visit was excellent!
The doctors are all very nice and attentive. However, when results are delivered the emails are generally very vague. I had an abnormal pap that wasn't followed up on, and I never saw the email.
THE STAFF IF VERY FRIENDLY, THE DOCTOR SEEM VERY CONCERN ABOUT MY WELL BEING , THE EXAM IS KIND OF BORING COMPARED TO THE REST OF THE FACILITY.
She was great. Very informative.
