Today was the longest I have ever waited for an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and proceeded to wait almost 45 minutes before being taken back then another 20 minutes to see the doctor. After seeing the doctor I was waiting for labs for another 30 minutes, to which I finally popped my head in to see if I was even on her list, I was not. Not sure what was going on today! Usually everything is timely. Just wanted to make sure to give feedback so hopefully these issues can be addressed. Thanks.
I appreciated Dr. Mason and her staff's efficient and thorough treatment today. Dr. Mason answered my questions and provided me with useful resources. The exam was quick and easy. Thank you!
