My husband and I agreed to adding a second solar installation through Complete Solar during the first half of 2021, (forgive the lack of detail, it was only just completed in August of 2022 and I can't remember the specific date). I had Complete solar install 11 solar panels on my roof through PG&E some seven years ago . I later had Sunrun install 23 panels to support my needs .After getting very high True-up **** from PG&E i called Sunrun to invest to gate why such a high True-up ****. they responsed to find the 11 panels from complete solar had not been working in seven years. I am requesting complete solar remove their 11 ***************** ******* so i can have Sunrun add the additional palens i need.

Well, it's been a year and I am not benefiting yet from the solar installed on my roof. Tesla and Complete Solar designed enough for both units for the duplex I own -plus enough for a future electric car. Into the fall 2021, when I kept getting large bills for both units from PGE and pursued it with Telsa, PGE and Complete Solar, slowllllly, PGE figured out that the tenant's unit was connected to the solar panels, my unit was not. Please read. I am one of the many customers dissatisfied with the company's professionalism and the communication of this Complete solar. I signed my contract in August 2021, and as of July 2022, my project is still not completed. I have had solar panels on my roof for over 6 months without inspection and generate electricity for the company we have no reduction of electricity cost for my family and me. Please do not do business with Complete Solar. I'm an installer and I will never do business with this company again. We completed 4 installations for them, and we've only gotten paid for one. It's been over two months without compensation for completed jobs. Complete Solar is out to hurt small companies by not paying their invoices. However, for your installations, we had to send someone else out to finish the jobs, and we asked you for proof of quality which was not provided.
Well as I read through these reviews, I see that I am not alone in my frustration with Complete Solar. Our nightmare began in March of 2021. We just started generating power at the end of January 2022! Our project manager has been anything but helpful. He avoids answering any questions that deal with our frustration.
