I have never had more challenges with a company in my life. However, I'll share my most recent experience. I identified that a few panels didn't appear to be working and contacted Complete Solar. That in itself is a challenge because they do not ever have someone available in their servicing department by phone. this company lied to me multiple times about being able to cancel at any time for no fee. also the only time i ever get a response from them now that the system is installed is when i threaten them with legal action or with anything else. this "company" is a complete scam. they currently use multiple shell aspects of their sales process so they can pass the buck on everyone else and find loop holes to trap you in to their system. and now to top it of the system doesnt even work and my electric bill has not changed at all sin... read more

Our solar was installed March 2023. It is still not operational. They have missed serval appointments they made. Had inspectors show up twice and still no work was done from prior failed inspection. They never submitted our revised plans after 2 failed inspections. Finally submitted them Dec 1, 2023. I have been calling them leaving messages for 4 weeks for an update and not one return call. Sign up for solor right before the end of 2.0 and was promise to get the 2.0 rate but didnt get all the paper work in right socal ****** withdrawal the application so we didnt get approved for the 2.0 then they went on there own to file for the 3.0 without are permission and they e signed all the docs on there own without us knowing so now I am approved with the 3.0 that I didnt want but they keep saying there going to work out a deal with me to make it right but they keep giving me the run around and are doing nothing about... read more

Started the solar project for our home in June 2023, it is now October and we do not have an install date. We are HOA approved, the permits were approved and there is no paperwork pending. Called multiple times and either no answer or an extremely rude representative that spoke like they were ten years old would contradict the other representatives regarding the status of the project. Everything about this company is HORRIBLE. I market and sell Solar. Around 50 installs a year to be concise. Complete has yet to ever do one install of mine without major problems. I have 3 customers who are A YEAR into the process and still do not have functioning solar. The customer service is non existent. You can literally call and email for months with zero reply.
