I was over charged and also after almost a year I do not have solar energy. If I could get out of my finance contract I would. This has been a nightmare to say the least. I have to give a star review so I can submit this but they dont deserve any stars.

They are cold calling people even if you are on the do not call list. Saying they are working with the electric company. This is the second time and the second time I have asked to be removed

The reason for my review is that I regret using Complete Solar. The sales pitch was great but the service is not what you would expect. We found out that Complete Solar had installed 2 consumption meters which is used with Enphase to monitor our electricity usage in the Southern California ****** box which turns out to be illegal. The technician from ****** told us that nothing should be attached to that side of the box and cut it off. ****** also advised us to call the solar company to have it reattach on the other side. I am writing this review because to this date I have not been able to get in touch with a manager. I got my solar panels installed through complete solar. They installed them right away, but to turn them on TOOK A WHOLE YEAR. This was back and forth emails and phone calls. The communication in this company is disappointing. Reading these reviews, I can see I'm not the only one who has had a horrible experience with this company. I signed a contract with them in December 2020 and the project is still incomplete. They did nothing for the first year, and when I finally complained they tried to convince me to accept a reduced scope (i.e. skip the panel upgrade which they'd included in their initial bid). Since then, they been uncommunicative - I have to place multiple/calls emails to get in touch with anyone and no one is ever able provide any spec... read more

CompleteSolar is completely the worst company ever to work with. From the date of my site inspection, it took them a YEAR to install my system. In the interim, I had friends get their system from SunRun within 3 months. Now I have a system that is not enough power to actually power my home and its serviced by a company who does not respond to emails in a timely manner. They say they have confirmed appointments and then do not show up for them. No one answers the phone. No one cares. You cannot speak to a manager to get anyth... read more

We signed a contract to get the solar panels installed in the summer of 2022 (July or August). A few weeks later, a crew of men came and installed all of the panels expect for one panel. They apparently did not have the last panel to complete the job. I was assured that they would be back in a few weeks. They never returned to install the last panel. I started the solar journey June 2021. I singed my contract in August or September. My stuff wasn't submitted to ************* till after their cut off date to get dollar for dollar for my solar. So I'm not getting what I was promised from the sales rep *************** He also said my trees wousldnt be a problem. I finally got my panels installed in February. I signed a contract with Complete Solar in September 2021. I was assured the system would be operational by November 2021. The date came and passed as I was told they had delays in getting all the parts needed for my project. Then I was told they were unable to install due to Covid but came the very next day and said they had been in training over the scheduled date.
