Avoid this company at all costs. Their service is a complete joke. I filed a warranty claim over a month ago and have been completely ignored despite repeated follow-ups. Cockroaches infest my home nightly, and their so-called "warranty" is meaningless. Unprofessional, negligent, and utterly disgraceful. Stay away!
Got our place sprayed a few months ago. Started to get roaches and spiders back in the last few weeks. Cannot contact them even though we are still under warranty
This company has left Sydney & Left clients with Voided Warranty claims. So think twice before using Ben & Jayden for your pest needs. They have deserted there clients base in Sydney.
I have a bad experience with this company of pest control, i call them for cockroach spray they came spray twice but cockroaches sprayed more, now our home is full of cockroaches so thanks to them.
