I've been using Complete Management for a year and a half to rent out a property I own in Fridley. Brendan has been great from the start. All fees are communicated up front, they don't try to sneak in fees for this or that, it's very straight forward. They find exceptional tenants and maintain a positive relationship with tenants and owners.
