I contacted Wendy ******* (of Complete Management Services) after I had not had luck finding a replacement tenant for 3 months, for my Minneapolis suburb apartment. She was able to find a tenant in less than 2 weeks (during the winter season)! She kept me updated about all the showings and new developments, and took appropriate initiative to move the rental process along, every step of the way. Her rates are very reasonable. I am very grateful to her and wish more businesses operated like this.

We had a really great experience with complete management services. We were with them for almost 2 years. Wendy Legeros was delightful to work with.
