I have worked with Cheri 3 times over the past 5 years. Cheri manages very diligently from the word go. She arranges the showing, runs the back ground check, goes through the reports and helps find the tenants. I can't thank Cheri enough.
I have used his company, specifically Wendy, to help me find quality renters for my condo for the last 11 years.
