OBA reached out to me to service a sump pump that I had installed the prior year. The technician, Mitchell ********* arrived on time and had excellent communication before, during and after service about what was being done and why. He also provided a lot of information about OBA, including their business and service philosophies as well as additional services and opportunities available to me in the future. I definitely feel like I have resource for any basement issues or projects going forward.

I had three different estimates. Ohio Basment Authority was the most professional of them all. Patrick came and took the measurements and gave me several different options. He drew a sketch of my basment on his tablet and showed me exactly what was going to happen. He was not pushy to make a sale.I would like to personally thank the crew from Ohio Basment Authority. The service has been excerpt from the start. The salesperson was clear and transparent providing full information in person and following up with written quotes. The installation went well. We are now 2 years past the installation and just completed the annual inspection (of which Tar Heel reached out and reminded us). Our tech, ******* ****, was superb and attentive.
