David came out to inspect my basement, where I had water issues. He fully inspected the basement, inside and out. He then explained what remedies he proposed. The system he explained to me was something I have never seen, but was very impressive. I need to further investigate financing options, but I will definitely consider Baker in deciding how to proceed.

Our project was handled by Kyle R and Tanner N. They did a really good job explaining what they were doing and answering our questions. The guys worked hard & got the job done in a timely manner. They were very considerate in cleaning up and making sure we were satisfied with their work.

Met with a field representative(Steve ********* today about a large horizontal crack in a basement block wall. Allowed me to survey the situation with him and thoroughly went over the options for repair. he then said he needed to complete a physical assessment that would allow him to make a recommendation on what repair would be needed. When completed, he detailed his assessment and went over all that would need to be done. Also offered me the option to move whatever would be in the way to lower the cost.
