Mitchell Spurlock was my service tech that performed my annual maintenance. He was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable about all if their products. He was professional and kept everything clean. He even helped me solve a exhaust issue to provide a better air quality for my basement. I have never been disappointed by any of their products. A completely satisfied customer that will continue to do business with these guys for years.

I wonderful experience from start to finish. The sales development team did an excellent job of following up with me after the initial sales call. My salesman, Cory, did an excellent job of explaining his system from a technical standpoint. Cory added some additional features to tie in my outside box drain to the weatherproofing system which added great value to the overall system. THBS arrived promptly at our house this morning. Tommy and Tyler introduced themselves explained what they would be doing to our driveway patio and sidewalk. Once they started the work they would invite us to come check out what they had done and explain it in detail and what they were about to do. They had to lift parts of our patio and sidewalk and what a great job. They also stabilized our driveway, patio and sidewalk. Both were very professional and very thorough. Thank you THBS. Khalil, Aaron, and Alec are all component, hard working, diligent young men. They treated me with respect and always acted in a professional manner. Khalil, the formen even took the time to explain in detail everything they were getting ready to do in my push pier settlement stop project. If you are single female home owner, DO NOT use this company. I used this company based on their reviews and how they claim to be the best. NOT my experience. I was fed misinformation regarding my garage. The $4,000 project turned out to have nothing to do with my problem. And in no way fixed what I consulted them for initially. Day of install, I was blown off and told they would “make it look pretty”. Found cigarette butts in my garage and driveway.
