So far... extremely impressed! Time will tell if the repairs to our basement keep it dry in the future. With that being said, I could not be happier with our experience with the Ohio Basement Authority at this point in time. Field Inspector Joe Dials met with us and explained all the options available to us, with a sensible, no-pressure approach, allowing us to determine which option best addressed our needs. Steven ********** came out to perform service on the foundation at my vacation property. He was prompt, professional, and work incredibly efficient to perform good work and make the necessary corrections. Afterward he took the time to speak with me and educate me further about the product that had been installed and what type of results I could expect in the future. Would definitely recommend him to anyone doing business with Ohio Basement Authority!

We just moved and have hired a ton of different contractors to do various things around the house. We hired Ohio Basement Authority to install an eggress window. Hands down, Jaylon and Derrick ******* of OBA were the most professional of all the contractors we've worked with. They were on time, had great communication with me, did the job well, and cleaned up their mess. Thank you!

The crew of Thomas ******* Peyton ****** Caleb ***** did an excellent job on my downspout link up at my residence. They were very helpful and explained all the work done and answered any questions. I was very satisfied.

Jacob was so easy to work with as he did a great job helping explain everything in our crawl space and walk me and my wife through the whole process. On top of that, Atilio, Brayan, and Jose did amazing work and this crew was great from start to finish. Could not recommend Ohio Basement Authority enough as was so easy and straight forward, as they take great care of you. Will be forever customers if we ever need anything again.

I had excellent service with Ohio Basement Authority. The crew explained the process of installing pillars and carbon fiber straps. They allowed us to see the process of lifting the foundation. They were courteous and friendly and cleaned up after they were done. I like to thank Kyle R., Zane P., Ryan K., and Michael C. for their hard work and being able to accomplish the job to my satisfaction in the time promised.
