This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because **** made me. They are incredibly unprofessional, don't show up when they say they are going to, and when they do show up, it is ALWAYS late. The lack of communication is truly astounding. Due to them never showing up, they caused my home renovation to be delayed by 3 MONTHS!!! You would think since I paid them over ******* they would actually show up. Michael G. inspected our basement this morning, as we are getting ready to put our house on the market and wanted to make sure there weren't any structural repairs that needed to be taken care of. Mike was cordial, knowledgeable, and overall a very impressive young man. He explained things in detail and took the time to thoroughly check our entire basement. Jack, Sergio, and TJ showed up on time and were polite, professional, and respectful. Sump pump and wall membrane were installed as expected. The crew did a great job of covering everything in the basement with plastic and cleaned everything before they left. Good crew.
