During a routine oil change service visit, Competition Infinti stripped the thread of the oil drain plug on my 2003 Infiniti FX45. I discovered this after I had moved to another state where the local dealer notified me of the damage. My new Infiniti dealer have been able to repair the damage for several oil change visits since the damage was inflicted by Competition Infiniti. Gave a deposit and ordered the QX-56 3 to 4 months before QX-56 car came out. Waited 4 months after car was out and still never got SUV. Called at least once a week for months, speaking to both the salesperson and the manager, than gave up and bought the QX-56 at another dealer. I ordered a specific truck and dealer probably sold it to someone else who probably paid MSRP. My order was for less than MSRP.
