Extremely Informative - Overall Great Experience In purchasing my first new car, I was apprehensive about making a decision. Competition infinity excellence Best car experience ever had . Dealer is a no pressure ,honest,friendly,place to buy a car. Not "would" ..will purchase again from them.. Didn't have the exact car (package) I wanted so they found it in a different state . I had been to 6 other local dealers and got the most for my money at Comp. Infinity.. Stay AWAY from this service department!! I have an Infiniti that I have been taking to this service center for a while. The service advisor was always very pleasant as was the staff, but this is all a large DECEPTION. Recently had my vehicle there for a routine oil change and tire rotation...all routine maintenance. The service advisor called me that there were "other things that needed attention", particularly my right headlight high beam was out and that the bulb would cost $310 with tax to replace.
